When you request an appointment, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, selected service, appointment time, communication preferences, and records related to your appointment.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule and manage appointments, provide customer service, maintain basic client records, and—only when you opt in—send appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and rescheduling notices.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that support delivery of our text messages.

Message frequency varies, typically including one confirmation and up to two reminders for an appointment, plus cancellation or rescheduling notices when applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Service providers

We may use service providers, including website hosting, Google Calendar, and text-message delivery providers, only as needed to operate the appointment service. They may process information on our behalf but are not authorized to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect client information. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for appointment operations, client service, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may decline text messages and still book an appointment. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To request access, correction, or deletion of your client information, contact us using the information below.
