SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and select the optional SMS consent checkbox while booking, you agree to receive transactional appointment messages from Brisco's Barber & Beauty Shop. Messages may include booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, two-hour reminders, cancellation notices, and rescheduling notices.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or booking an appointment. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not selected automatically.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one confirmation and up to two reminders per appointment, plus cancellation or rescheduling notices when applicable. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Booking another appointment does not restart messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms when our appointment messaging program or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
